Lonesome Roads

"God damn it." Martin muttered then pushed Trucy over and took the wheel himself. Trucy giggled timidly then said "Eh... sorry papa..."

Beatrice and Ethan were surrounded by a dark aura ."Huh?What happend?"Aiden was confused.

Martin slowed the car down and brought it back into line with the road. "Is everyone alright?"

Beatrice and Ethan were still shockd "Ok?What happend?Did someone eat all the chicken?"

"Calm down we've got plenty of chicken." Martin said back to his calm self. Trucy turned around and said "Uh... are you two alright?"

Sitting still and eye twitching."Phew,than nothing bad hapend."

"See everythings okay now!" Trucy said. Martin glared at her a little but said nothing. She didn't like the way things were going so decided to change things around "Who wants chicken?" she yelled.

"ME ME ME" Aiden began to jump in one place.

"I'm trying to drive here." Martin said. Trucy took the box of chicken hidden under the seat and dangled a piece over Aidens head.

Aiden ate the chicken almoust biting Trucys fingers.

"Hey careful!" she said drawing her hand back then throwing up another piece to him. Martin called back "Ethan, Beatrice are you alright? You seem quiet."

"Common it's not like you will fall off a clif."Aiden shouted."Fall off a cliff..."they both fainted.

"Ugh." Martin pulled over the car to wake them up.

Beatrice began to open her eyes "Is that you death?I always imagind you better looking.."

"Hey shut up!" Trucy said. Martin continued to shake Ethan trying to get him up.

Aiden did the most mature thing and showed her his tong.Ethan became to wake up "Huh..what..AAAA PEDOPHILE..wait it's just you.."

Martin sighed. "You two should eat. You look pale as death."

"Eat what?"Beatrice asked.

"Here have some of the leftover chi--" he turned around and saw an empty box.

"That was yummy."said Aiden."Thanks Trucy.~"

Trucy whistled innocently. Martin struck his palm to his head then said "That chicken was intended to last a week. We're gonna need to find some food."

"I'm hungry,,"Ethan lookd at Marting with sad eyes."I'm full"Aiden got comfy in the car.

"Damn fools...." he said running his hands through his hair. He got back in the front seat and began driving. "We'll have to make a detour in some bad territory..."

Scary.

Martin drove for a little bit and then parked a bit away from a large building. A large battered sign near them identified it as The Falls Shopping Centre. Martin got out and took his rifle from the boot. He went back to door and said "This place is a slaver camp. But it's also filled with supplies. Bonecrusher!" the dog leapt out the window at the sound of his voice "Someones gotta stay here and keep the motor running. We'll be making a hasty escape."
