Sleep earlier, wake up earlier, brush teeth in morning and night always, eat lunch on time, put less in sandwich and dont take any extra, make bed in morning, cleaning room, doing chores without being asked when I see them needing to be done, getting dressed earlier, ummm i think thats it so far
